Our products are hand-made in our Adelaide studio, Australia. A handmade quality is a large part of what we aim for and consequently we do not view small irregularities in size, shape or glaze as errors or flaws but rather as enhancing the individual nature of each item, and hence its value. Delivery and Shipping Information
Lush for Life is an emerging Australian handmade ceramics company and at the moment online sales are only available within Australia. Please be patient if you are from overseas, keep an eye on us, and soon we will be able to supply an order for you.
We make every attempt to keep our online store up to date but due to the fact that our products are handmade and decorated; there may be times when we are out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible and you can choose either a refund or to wait for the item to be delivered within the quoted time. However, as a guide, an out-of-stock item can usually be supplied within 4 weeks.
An in-stock item will be sent within 1 business day by domestic carrier with standard, trackable delivery times of 1 - 5 business days depending on delivery address. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays after the order has left our warehouse.
Information Collection and Use
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
There are different levels of personal information that are collected when you use the site either for buying, browsing or communicating with us.
When you purchase an item will collect your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of supplying your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possibly and is not retained.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Lush for Life will refund your money or offer a replacement if the item/s you ordered have a major problem according to the definitions of the Australian Law. Please note, that we do not offer a refund if you merely change your mind after purchase. If an item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with details and photographs regarding the problem. It is important to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
A product or good has a major problem when:
- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- it is unsafe
- it is significantly different from the sample or description
- it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty we can give you a refund plus all shipping costs. Alternatively, a credit voucher valid for 6 months can be requested in exchange for the defected item. If you return an item, it must be carefully wrapped and we request that you use a trackable service.
Lush for Life will not accept responsibility for breakages any time after the item has arrived to you in good condition. In the event that your item does arrive damaged, please retain all packaging if there is external evidence of damage, take a photo of the damaged goods and contact us within seven (7) days to arrange a replacement, refund or credit voucher. Please do not send us the broken item.
